I love these CAKES! Finally a nipple cover that is not sticky! I love that they are reusable. Rinse and wear. Now I get pull out all the pads and just use these. Comfortable and they work. I am thinking about getting them for my Mom and sister. Love the pretty box and pouch they come in too.
I tried them on & they did not completely stick. I will try them with clothes on & see what they do.
I am a 38 C, I ordered my correct size the first time but felt they were a little small and you could see the cone shape through the shirt. I ordered the larger size and it was way too big. So I am going to wear the original size. I just through it was a huge jump from one size to the next and felt one in between would have worked better. Purchased OG first, and then the plus.
They fit great under tanktops and halter tops for summer! No showing and good coverage. No support, which took some getting used to, but of course they're just covers not a bra, so it makes sense.
I like that they don't have any glue or tape because it keeps them cleaner during storage. Like the website says, they do adhere using body heat. On warmer days they tend to stay on slightly more securely, but even in cooler environments they'll stick well enough. I wouldn't dance in them on a cold day but I'd go grocery shopping.
Overall, these are great! Especially with tight tops. It really is a seamless look. However, with some of the looser back-plunging tops I have, they don’t adhere as well. I am thinking I need to size down. My concern with my original order with sizing down is that in tight tops it wouldn’t be seamless and end up looking like I had dinner plate nipples! For reference, I am a 32B/34A, so am on that border, so I ordered the OG.

I love the grippy not stickiness!! Cakes are so comfortable I forget I even have them on. They work well in the pool season and are easy to clean.
Actually does not show as weird bump or show under thin white clothes. Stays on without being sticky even in Florida humidity and heat. Wish I had bought them sooner.
Nipple cover "coverage" is 100% complete and crazy undetectable - even under a tight white t shirt!!
These are AMAZING! Before these, I had the Nippies Skin, so when I bought these, I wasn't sure how different they would be. Well, they are....they aren't sticky (with adhesive like the nippies) but they do stick to you just as well, if not better. I will be ordering more and not looking back. LOVE THESE.
I’ve tried a bunch of the stick on bras and have never been happy with their durability and dependability. I was able to wear these under a more fitted summer top with no issues and was able to eliminate obnoxious bra lines.
Have worn them twice and am so happy I made the purchase. Cannot tell I am wearing them.
I love that these don’t have adhesive on them. So they’re super easy to put on and takeoff. But they stick and never move. Super comfortable.
These stayed in place from morning to night of a very active and hot day. Also undetectable under a tight and thin shirt. Love them!

I bought these with a specific dress in mind that I will be wearing for a July wedding. I have never worn pasties before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I have worn them twice so far as "practice runs" for the wedding in July. The first time was with a tight shirt in a building with intense air conditioning and not once did the headlight turn on. The second time I wore them was under a loose dress, for an outdoor event, I was sweating by the time the event was over but they stayed in place even with the sweat and moving around. After these two practice events I have no fear about wearing them to sweat and dance in in July.

I was skeptical about them, but I needed something for a work event dress and thought I’d give them a try. I LOVE these things!! I’ll be buying a couple more for friends as gifts and one to throw in my luggage to have on hand too. Totally worth the price. I love that they come in different shades too!
The cakes are super seamless and work really well under tighter-fitting tops - the grippy-ness works surprisingly well. I love that they’re multi-use too, rather than throwing away stickers every time. The fit is okay, I maybe should have gone with the smaller size because of some gapping at times. They’re fairly comfortable for short periods of time, but if I wear them for too long, my skin feels a little irritated from not being able to breathe at all.
This is my first ever CAKES product and I was really sold by the seamless design and reliance on natural body heat instead of adhesive that allows it to stick to the body. While the design is very much seamless and looks good under clothes, I've found it a little tricky to get it to mold to me perfectly. The first couple tries leaves some weird gaps, but once I get it right, it fits like a glove. I love the lack of adhesive, but I'm a little skeptical about dancing and jumping with them on because one seems to stick to one boob less securely than the other. Good purchase overall!
