Great customer support and my scooter got here a whole day early. I commute to work on it everyday and it runs like a champ
So my wolf King Pro box is sitting in front of the garage…excited! Proceed to open and unfold excited even more! Ride less than a mile and store for the night, that thing is a blast! Next morning get ready to really try it out…screen on, throttle up and nothing😳. Ok be calm it will be something obvious… nothing obvious😳. Lookin at the screen and see 06, it says I’m going 6 mph at a standstill …??? Wait a minute it’s telling me I have an 06 error code…dejected,I seek comfort on You Tube,find video on 06 error and it tells me it’s a hall sensor fail. Time to communicate with headquarters…e mail off for encouragement and solution. Beware there are clear directions to NOT clone e mails…I clone e mails🙄, this makes a bad situation WORSE😳😳. Seeing that I made it impossible to get help I went through the owners manual and lo and behold I discover that in fact my 06 error was the main controller fail🤔. Feeling lost I schedule a video visit hoping I wouldn’t be more lost… and bam! I am face to face. Describe my situation and within a few days I have a new controller in my hands! Being mechanical I install and off I go😊. If you share a similar fate go right for the video visit. I couldn’t ask for better service with this service. Voro Motors Vanguard! This thing is a blast!

Took forever for product to arrive. I had to pay extra to USPS to pick it up when it finally did come, and ot was poking out of the box. Bad service, poor documentation for products. Buy elsewhere.

The wires that connect to the motor controller heat up and melt together causing a short. Also the new motor controller and this wiring harness to not connect together so you will need to solder a new connector.

I have never owned an E-Moto style bike. The kids have had several, from the razors and now the mototec with the Electro and Co upgrades on it. My background is MTB, Motor cycles, dirt and street. I was concerned about If I would fit on the bike, if it would be powerful enough etc. I am 5'11" 225lbs and mostly ridden crotch rockets from 600cc to 1000cc in my lifetime and dirtbikes 250cc two strokes or 450 four strokes. This bike was perfect for me riding around the neighborhood with the kids even going out to local track and having a good time. Plenty of power, I love to wheelie and this thing does not disappoint. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This bag gives the roadrunner a nice fuller and stronger look than just leaving it with that empty space. For me it has carried many of the items that I used to lug around in my backpack all the times I would use my previous electric scooter. It is a well made bag that I am pleased to have gotten to use along with my scooter.
Bought brand new parts and broke 3 months later. Had a chat with customer service and they told me they do not warranty parts, but on the website policy they sent me, clearly says any ordered directly from them is 6 months to 1 year. Tried to give me some bullshit. Called my credit card company to get my full refund back.

Although this in theory was a major upgrade from the crappy standard trigger throttle supplied with my Emove Cruiser S, and pretty easy to install and use, the power (acceleration) band is way to small to effectively use safely. In addition, I found it to be quite dangerous and unsafe, as the littlest hand movement when dismounting can sent the scooter into movement and twice I almost had accident - What is worse is VORO refused to swap this for the Thumb Throttle, so I am out $50. Do Not Recommend. Dave From Boca Raton.

It’s a great bike and am pleased with the performance was a little disappointed at my charger not being included and having to warranty it out even though I didn’t receive it the 1st time but overall it is a great bike
so far I love the scooter the touring model. I purchased the seat and stand as an accessory trying to get my money back. It’s been two months impossible and then I find out the seat will be in till the end of June if even then frustrated with the customer service department.
They sent me the wrong item when I ordered it then I got a warranty on controller and some wires that burnt I paid for the shipping they sent the wrong item. Now Francis wants me to pay for shipping again to get the right item. I don’t have all this money to keep forking out for delivery charges.
I noticed a piece missing right out of the box and contacted the company and they were quick to send replacements, love these people!
Not sure why I'm being asked to review a product that hasn't even been shipped yet despite being ordered and "in stock" weeks ago. Voro Motors has my money and I have nothing. Based on my previous experience with them I expect to recieve my motor at some point but who knows when. I'd say there's a 90 percent chance it won't be damaged when I get it 5 or 6 weeks after the original ETA.
