Sharp...watch you knife skills!

Like I said, this sucker is sharp. It made me realize how sloppy my knife skills had gotten after years of using a dull chef's knife. The first three times that I used this knife I cut myself! Last night (night #4), I managed to make it through a kitchen session w/o cutting myself. Hurrah!!! :P :D

Extremely Sharp Chef Knife!

I gotta thumb up for its sharpness and edge retention. After using this knife for a year, it is still sharp as it was out of the box, which is impressive. It performs super well in slicing, chopping and push cutting. My wife and I love cooking, and both of us find it quite effortless to portion anything in any size with this Chef's knife. Sometimes you will feel like you are cutting a hot butter instead of a beef.
